Zest Education is working with a successful primary school in Dudley to recruit a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This role is ideal for an experienced HLTA looking to take on responsibility for supporting pupils across different year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to whole classes when required.
• Support teaching staff across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Lead small group interventions and targeted academic support.
• Assist in assessment and progress tracking.
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Confident delivering lessons independently.
• A proactive and flexible approach.
