Zest Education are working with a secondary school based in Bromsgrove who are looking for a history teacher to join their team.

Staff morale is high and the school look forward to welcoming staff who can play an active and valuable part in developing the school.

This role is for maternity cover for one academic year, full-time, starting in September 2022.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A great team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
  • A strong passion for the subject of History, with ability to teach KS3-KS5 curriculum
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management

 

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.

Rate of pay will vary dependant on experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
