Are you a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to impact the lives of children with Autism? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join a special educational needs school in Lichfield. As an HLTA in this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students aged 5-18 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

Your role as an HLTA will involve collaborating with teachers to deliver customized lessons, assisting students in their learning and development, and fostering a positive educational atmosphere within the school. To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Level 4 or higher HLTA qualification and demonstrate previous experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
