A ‘Good’ school in south west Birmingham require an Intervention Teacher to work with small groups across Y5/6. This is the ideal role for anybody leaving work through NTP.

The school serves its local community and is led by a highly regarded Headteacher and their supportive Senior Leadership team. As part of a MAT, you will be given crucial support throughout your time at the school. The school aims to foster a sense of belonging, enjoyment and enthusiasm for learning within the community and has an integral PTA that plays its part in school life.

The role will begin as soon as the right person is found. By only working with 6-10 pupils at a time, this is the perfect opportunity to re-integrate yourself into the classroom. The role will start ASAP and is currently funded until SATs 2023.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
