Role Overview: As a full-time Key Stage 1 Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding students through their primary education journey. From delivering engaging lessons to fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young minds.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 1 students.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school’s wider educational initiatives and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1 or 2.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to promoting a love for learning among students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom resources and maintain accurate records.
  • A reflective practitioner who is dedicated to continuous professional development and embracing new teaching methodologies.
