Are you enthusiastic about working as a Classroom Assistant in a primary school? Are you confident supporting small groups of children? If so, Zest may have the position for you. We are working alongside a busy primary school in Cannock to recruit for a Teaching Assistant/Classroom Assistant to work across KS1. The role is due to begin in September 2022 and will continue through to the summer term of 2023.

The school provide a caring and safe community where all pupils are encouraged to grow into independent, confident and respectful individuals. The staff are supported by the school through all development and training. The school are continually looking for strong members to join their team.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Be a confident and enthusiastic Individual.
  • Be able to support small groups of children.
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with staff and pupils.
  • Have good knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
  • Be reliable and supportive.

The pay for this role will dependent on qualifications, references and experience.

All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
