Zest Education is currently partnering with a lovely school in Stafford to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 1 Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team in September on a full-time basis.

Roles and Requirements:
As the Key Stage 1 ECT, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to support the development and progress of students. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering effective teaching and learning activities, assessing and monitoring student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate should have:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact on young learners
– Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students
– A commitment to continuous professional development and self-improvement

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
