Are you a qualified and enthusiastic KS1 teacher seeking a new opportunity in the education field? Look no further! Zest Education is currently recruiting for a KS1 Teacher position at a reputable primary school located in Burton-on-Trent.
Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teacher at our primary school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring the academic progress of your students. This role is ideal for someone with a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a passion for educating young minds.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons according to the national curriculum for KS1 students
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and personal development
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as required
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and student welfare
– Keep up-to-date with educational developments and implement innovative teaching strategies
Requirements:
– Hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
– Experience working with KS1 students is desirable
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and assessment procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
