At the inclusive and committed school, children are placed at the very heart of everything we do. We believe in providing a nurturing environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential. In line with this vision, our school also has a resource-based provision that supports pupils with additional needs, such as autism.

– Providing one-on-one support to students with additional needs, including autism.

– Assisting with lesson preparation and resource management.

– Supporting students in their social and emotional development.

– Helping to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

– Collaborating with the class teacher and other staff members to deliver an exciting curriculum.

– Working within the resource base and main classroom.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and a genuine passion for working with children. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with supporting pupils with autism, is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position, with the role starting in February 2024. The pay for this role will start from £80 per day.
