Join an incredible team of staff dedicated to the learning and development of their pupils at a school in Burton. We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to work in KS1, supporting class teachers, pupils, and contributing to the positive atmosphere of the school.
**Responsibilities:**
– Support class teachers in delivering lessons
– Assist pupils in their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
– Maintain a tidy school environment
– Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the school
**Requirements:**
– Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance (preferred)
– Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
– Desire to support pupils towards success
– Positive and supportive attitude
– Knowledge of safeguarding practices

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
