Zest Education is excited to recruit a full-time Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in Atherstone. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced KS2 teacher looking for a full class teaching role, starting after the Easter break and continuing until the end of the academic year.

📚 The Role – KS2 Teacher

The school is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Year 3, 4, 5, or 6 teacher to take full responsibility for a class. This KS2 teaching job in Atherstone involves planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and supporting academic and personal development in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full class teacher responsibilities for a KS2 class (Year 3–6)

  • Planning and delivering engaging Key Stage 2 lessons across all curriculum areas

  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed

  • Preparing pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments (SATs)

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff to ensure high-quality education
