The school as mentioned above is outstanding. The senior leadership team work extremely hard to achieve and maintain that level. They are fully dedicated and require somebody of that dedication to come on board for this position. The school always try and create a fun and open learning experience for the pupils.
The successful candidate needs to be somebody who can fit right into a Y5 class with little disruption. Effective communication with the other Y5 Teacher is imperative. Behaviour issues at this school are minimal but the behaviour policy is all about positive reinforcement so the successful candidate will need to be proactive in their classroom teaching to meet these standards.
NQT’s and experienced teachers will both be considered for this role. Teachers will experience in KS2 would be at an advantage. The successful candidate will be given support to ensure a smooth transition into this new role.
