A Primary School located in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, is a vibrant and inclusive learning community dedicated to nurturing and developing young minds. Zest are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join the passionate team in September 2024.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a KS2 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students in Key Stage 2.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
  • Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and wellbeing.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • A proven track record of teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
