KS2 Teacher, North Birmingham.
Zest Education is proud to exclusively represent this ‘Good’ ranked school in the Lozells area. This school needs a Year 4 Teacher to start in January 2022 on a part-time basis and complete the academic year with the possibility of a long-term contract.
The senior leadership team have worked extremely hard to achieve and maintain the current level of performance. They are fully dedicated and require somebody of that level of dedication to come on board for this position. The school always try and create a fun and open learning experience for the pupils.
The successful candidate needs to be somebody who can fit right into a Year 4 class with little disruption. Effective communication with the other Year 4 Teacher is imperative. Behaviour issues at this school are minimal but the behaviour policy is all about positive reinforcement so the successful candidate will need to be proactive in their classroom teaching to meet these standards.
NQT’s and experienced teachers will both be considered for this role. Teachers will experience in KS2 would be at an advantage. The successful candidate will be given support to ensure a smooth transition into this new role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
