Zest Education, an award-winning agency in the Midlands, is currently seeking a dedicated full time teaching assistant to join a prestigious 2-form entry school in Quinton starting October 2024. As a TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the KS2 class teacher (year group to be decided), assisting with daily classroom management, facilitating group activities, and providing personalised assistance to pupils who require individualised support.
This dynamic role requires a reliable and committed individual who is passionate about education. The ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork and communication skills, along with a proactive and engaging attitude. Working Monday to Friday, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners while gaining valuable experience in the education sector.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
