Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Bedworth. This full-time position offers an immediate start, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:30.
As part of this lovely and welcoming school community, you will play a crucial role in providing 1:1 support and assisting in small group activities. Your responsibilities will include implementing engaging educational activities in alignment with learning objectives, tracking student progress, and collaborating with teachers to address areas for improvement. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a positive learning environment by assisting with administrative tasks and resource preparation.
To excel in this position, you must possess a genuine passion for education and children’s learning, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, coupled with a proactive and adaptable attitude, is essential. While previous experience in an educational setting is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
