We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant school community in Nuneaton. This full-time role is set to commence in September 2024 and will continue on a long-term basis throughout the academic year.

As a Learning Support Assistant at this special educational needs school, you will have the unique opportunity to work with students aged 9-19, supporting them in a safe, healthy, and enjoyable learning environment. – Demonstrated track record of maintaining high standards in supporting pupils with challenging/complex behaviour within a Special Educational Needs school or similar setting

– Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively work with students, staff, and parents

– Interest in and understanding of the factors influencing behaviour in children and young people

– Flexibility, teamwork, and a good sense of humour to create a positive and supportive learning environment

– Positive attitude towards hard work and willingness to navigate challenging situations with resilience
