Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Autism and complex educational needs? Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join  a special educational needs school in Stoke-on-Trent.

 Position: Learning Support Assistant

 Location: Stoke-on-Trent

 Role: Full-time, immediate start with opportunities available for September 2024



– Provide tailored support to students aged 7-18 with Autism and diverse educational needs

– Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting individual student progress

– Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students to thrive

– Adapt teaching practices to meet the unique requirements of students across all key stages

– Establish positive relationships with students, act as a role model, and address individual needs effectively



– Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs or in a care environment

– Ability to adapt teaching methods to support students of varying needs and ages

– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student development
