Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a special educational needs school in Bedworth.
This part-time role offers the opportunity to work with students aged 8 to 19 years with severe learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour. The unique curriculum at this school aims to equip students with the skills needed for adulthood.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with small groups of students. Working closely with the class teacher and other teaching assistants, you will play a key role in providing support and guidance to help our students thrive.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with individuals with special educational needs, excellent communication skills, resilience, and a high level of motivation. Knowledge of child protection and health and safety regulations is essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
