A thriving mainstream school in Coventry is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification to join their team full‑time from September. As the school continues to expand its inclusive provision, this role offers an excellent opportunity to support pupils with additional needs while working within a welcoming, well‑structured environment.
In this position, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to SEND needs such as ASD, ADHD, communication differences or emotional regulation challenges. As you move between classroom activities and small‑group interventions, you will help students stay engaged, build confidence and access learning successfully. Moreover, you will collaborate with teachers and the SEND team to ensure each pupil receives consistent, personalised support.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
