Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Coventry.
The role is full-time and due to begin ASAP.
As a full-time member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teacher in delivering child-cantered learning and ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. With a focus on fostering inclusion and maximising the achievements of each child, you will have the opportunity to work closely with small groups and individual pupils, as well as lead whole class groups using prepared lesson plans.
The school places children at the core of everything they do, and are committed to creating a positive and supportive educational environment where every child can thrive. Your role in promoting and supporting the inclusion of all pupils in learning activities will be instrumental in achieving this goal.
To qualify for this rewarding position, you must hold a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification. Previous experience in supporting individuals with special educational needs or in a similar environment is highly desirable.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
