We are currently looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in an outstanding special educational needs school located in Walsall.

This full-time position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 15:30, supporting students aged 3-18 with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom management, implementing behaviour management strategies, and collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting or a care/support work environment is essential.
