Zest Education is currently working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Walsall to recruit a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality support to class teachers across a range of year groups.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress.
• Support children with additional needs, including SEND and EAL pupils.
• Assist in the preparation of resources and contribute to creating a stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support overall wellbeing and achievement.
Requirements:
• A recognized Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
• A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting pupils’ learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
