Are you a passionate, dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a genuine impact in a vibrant school community? This role offers an exciting opportunity to support children across Key Stage 1, helping to shape meaningful learning experiences while working closely with teachers and pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. Candidate Requirements:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working in a UK classroom setting
• Experience supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A proactive, patient and adaptable approach to supporting learning
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across KS1
• Providing tailored support to pupils with SEND, helping them access learning and develop independence
• Working with small groups of children who require additional support
• Leading small group interventions under the guidance of the teacher
• Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back observations to teaching staff
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
