Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school located in Atherstone. We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced TA who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to supporting young children in their early stages of education.
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Atherstone
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Working closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging learning activities
Providing one-to-one or small group support as needed
Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Monitoring and recording children’s progress in line with EYFS curriculum standards
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
Have recent and relevant experience working in an Early Years setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for working with young children
Have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting learning
A dedicated consultant to support you through the recruitment process

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
