Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Early Years (Atherstone)

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school located in Atherstone. We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced TA who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to supporting young children in their early stages of education.

Start Date: September 2025
Location: Atherstone
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

About the Role:

  • Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Working closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging learning activities

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support as needed

  • Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

  • Monitoring and recording children’s progress in line with EYFS curriculum standards

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

  • Have recent and relevant experience working in an Early Years setting

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for working with young children

  • Have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting learning
