Zest Education is currently recruiting for a full-time Year 3 teacher to join our dynamic team starting from September 2024. The role will be until the end of the summer term.

As a Year 3 teacher at our school, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing young minds during this crucial stage of their education. Collaborating with fellow colleagues, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive lesson plans and conducting regular assessments to ensure students’ academic progress and personal growth.

To thrive in this role, excellent communication skills are essential. You will engage with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your ability to effectively build strong relationships with staff and pupils will be required.

In addition to exceptional communication skills, we are seeking a Year 3 teacher who demonstrates a deep understanding of the curriculum, exhibits strong organizational skills, and possesses a genuine passion for education. Your enthusiasm for teaching and dedication to inspiring young learners will be key in creating an engaging and stimulating classroom environment.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid QTS and have the ability to adapt and differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of your students will set you apart as an exceptional candidate.

The school are advising both ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role. The pay for this role will start from £140 a day depending on references and experience.
