Lunchtime Supervisor

Job Description

Zest Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at a fantastic secondary school in Aston. This temporary ongoing position offers the opportunity for the right candidate to go permanent and become a valued member of our school community. **Responsibilities:**
– Supervising students during lunchtime hours
– Ensuring the safety and well-being of students
– Enforcing school policies and procedures during lunchtime
– Promoting positive behaviour and a respectful environment
– Assisting with any additional duties as required by school leadership

**Requirements:**
– Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain a calm and organized environment during busy lunchtimes
– Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school culture
