Lunchtime Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at a Primary School in Walsall. This part-time role offers up to 10 hours a week, with shifts typically starting from 11.30am and ending at 1.30pm. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during lunchtime, promoting positive behaviour, and assisting with any necessary tasks to create a positive lunchtime experience for the children. The school is looking for someone to start asap

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising students during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and positive environment
– Encouraging good behaviour and manners among students
– Assisting with any necessary tasks to support the smooth running of lunchtime activities
– Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Reliable and punctual
– A passion for supporting the well-being of children
