Zest Education has close working relationships with several special educational needs schools across Cannock where there is a high demand for Teaching Assistants.
We have a range of roles available including day-to-day cover, short-term and long-term placements. Whether you are looking for 1 day a week or 5 days a week – we have roles to suit you!
The role will require you to quickly build engaging relationships with small groups of children, and you will need to work closely as a team with the class teacher and other teaching assistants.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have experience supporting children or adults with special educational needs
- Be resilient and confident with managing challenging behaviour
- Be a proactive and engaging individual who has proven experience of having strong behaviour management skills and working across a range of age groups
