We are seeking a committed and passionate Teacher of Music to join the schools Performing Arts department in their secondary phase. The school rated ‘Good’ in its latest Ofsted report is a high performing school across all key stages, providing pupils with a unique journey in their education through the curriculum, personal development programme, student experience offer and the vast range of opportunities that they are able to provide as an all-through school.
This is a full-time temporary role to start in January 20o24.
The successful candidate will have:
- A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
- A great team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
- A strong passion for Music and to be able to teach KS3-KS4
- The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
Rate of pay will vary dependant on experience, ranging from £153-£211 a day.
