Zest Education are recruiting for a nursery assistant within a private nursery in Solihull. The position will be part time with flexible working hours and may be permanent for the successful candidate.

The successful candidate must:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject
  • Be confident working with children to recognise individual needs
  • Have a good understanding of the nursery business and how each room functions
  • Be able to engage with a broad range of children
  • Having a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Be versatile and work well within a busy environment
  • Be a fun, creative and approachable assistant

What the role will involve:

  • Supporting the needs of individual children
  • Recognise the importance of safeguarding children and always uphold nursery policy
  • Working within an ever-changing environment
  • Providing children with a safe and secure learning environment
