Nursery Practitioner – EYFS (Primary School)
📍 Location: Stetchford, Birmingham
🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full-time preferred)
📅 Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Stetchford. This full-time role will be based in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting children in their Reception year and helping to give them the very best start to their education.
Supporting children in EYFS with play-based and structured learning activities.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development.
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Working closely with colleagues and parents to support children’s progress.
A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3) – preferred.
Experience working with nursery or primary-aged children.
A patient, caring, and positive approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
