Zest is working with a primary school in the Yardley area who are recruiting for a nursery teacher to work on a part time basis. The role is to start in December 2023 and will continue through to the spring term with potential to extend until the end of the academic year. The role will involve working 2 days a week.
The school work closely with parents, carers, and the local community to ensure each child is supported through their emotional, social, and academic development. The school offer a balanced curriculum which is taught in their well-equipped classrooms, using a range of interactive resources. The school is part of a fantastic multi academy trust where they put children at the heart of everything they do.
The successful candidate must:
- Hold a valid QTS.
- Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which are expected by pupils.
- Be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- You must also be able to consistently deliver and plan rich learning opportunities.
- Be proficient in numeracy and literacy.
- Have experience teaching in a nursery environment.
The role will involve working alongside other nursery teachers to ensure all planning, marking and assessments are completed.
The pay for this role will range between £140 to £212 dependent on references
