Zest Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil at a welcoming primary school in Burton. This part-time Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children individually, especially those with SEN or additional needs.
Location: Burton
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: Part-Time, Mornings only
Salary: Competitive
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil in the classroom.
Assist with academic tasks, social skills, and personal development.
Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and resources.
Encourage independence, engagement, and positive behaviour.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally 1:1 support.
Experience working with pupils with SEN or additional needs is desirable.
Patience, empathy, and excellent teamwork skills.
Part-time Teaching Assistant role mornings only.
