Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for a part-time teaching role in Lichfield? Look no further! Zest are currently seeking a passionate educator to join a team at a reputable school in Lichfield.
Position: Part-Time Early Years Teacher
Location: Lichfield
Working Days: 3 days a week
The school are passionate about offering a nurturing and inclusive environment and are able to offer extensive indoor and outdoor learning opportunities for our students.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the developmental needs of young learners
– Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-5 years old
– Foster a love for learning through hands-on activities, play, and exploration
– Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers
– Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning community
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience teaching in early years education
– Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
– Ability to differentiate instruction to cater to individual learning styles and abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
– Passionate about early childhood education and promoting holistic development

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
