Are you a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a welcoming primary school? We are recruiting for a two-form entry primary school in Rugeley, seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our Key Stage 2 pupils in reaching their full potential.

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
Work with individuals and small groups to boost confidence, progress, and understanding.
Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and resources.
Provide emotional and social support to pupils as needed.
Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Has experience working with children in a KS2 classroom setting (essential).
Holds an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
Is patient, positive, and enthusiastic about helping children learn.
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
Is flexible, reliable, and eager to contribute to school life.
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only)
