Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Nursery Teacher to join a primary school in Tamworth. This role is due to start in January 2024 until the end of the academic year.
As a two-form entry school committed to excellence, the school pride themselves on delivering a nurturing and stimulating environment for all pupils.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the education and development of children aged 3 to 4 years old. Your main responsibility will be to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and individual growth. With your expertise and creativity, you will implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum, fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development.
To be successful in this position, you must hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess a genuine passion for working with young children. You should have a thorough understanding of early years education, including planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of each child. A positive and patient attitude, along with excellent communication skills, is essential to building strong relationships with both children and their parents.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
