Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced part time PPA Teacher in the Highters Heath area starting January 2025. This long-term position offers a temporary 0.4 contract (every Weds and Friday initially), providing an excellent opportunity for teachers looking to maintain a work-life balance with flexible working hours.
As a PPA Teacher, you will have the opportunity to cover various classes at this junior school, utilising the school’s fantastic facilities and resources. The role offers a supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and a flexible weekly schedule to accommodate your needs.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is enthusiastic, approachable, and adaptable, ready to hit the ground running. Proficiency in literacy and numeracy is essential, along with strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
