Are you a passionate educator looking to make a difference in the lives of primary school students in Tamworth?
Zest Education is seeking a dedicated part-time Teacher to provide PPA cover at a local primary school in Tamworth.
At this primary school, they look to inspire confident, happy, resilient learners who strive to be the best they can be through an engaging curriculum delivered in an inclusive environment.
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity and quality education for students in Year 4 and Year 6.
Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, engaging with students, and maintaining a positive learning environment. We are looking for a qualified teacher with a valid QTS and experience working in Key Stage 2.
This part-time position requires you to cover one day per week, every Wednesday, starting in September 2024 until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for teaching Year 4 in the morning and Year 6 in the afternoon, ensuring all marking is completed before the end of the day.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
