Zest Education is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated PPA teacher to join the team at a primary school in Nechells on a part-time basis. The role is to start in October 2024 and will continue on a long-term basis. The role will require the successful candidate to work 3 days each week of their choice.
As part of a reputable multi-academy trust, we are committed to providing high-quality education to all children. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to cover Planning, Preparation, and Assessment time for classroom teachers.
The school are looking for a passionate educator who can work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers, and the wider community to ensure the academic success and well-being of our students. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of our learners. This role will require you to work across all year groups.
The pay for this role will start from £130 a day, depending on references and experience. The school are strongly advising both ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
