Part-Time Primary School Teacher
Zest Education is seeking a motivated and passionate primary school teacher to join a welcoming school in Lichfield. This is a part-time, fixed-term role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The role offers a chance to work with enthusiastic children, supportive colleagues, and a community committed to high standards of education.
Deliver outstanding classroom teaching with high expectations for all pupils
Teach across year groups, inspiring creativity and engagement in the curriculum
Apply effective assessment for learning strategies to track and accelerate pupil progress
Maintain excellent behaviour management and a positive classroom environment
Confidently deliver phonics, grammar, and core literacy skills
Collaborate with colleagues to drive school improvement and share best practice
Proven track record of high attainment and accelerated pupil progress
Outstanding classroom practice with a creative and inspirational teaching style
Experience in behaviour management and supporting positive pupil outcomes
Vision, energy, and commitment to contributing to school development
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work with motivated and enthusiastic children eager to learn
