Are you a dedicated and experienced SENCO looking for a rewarding part-time role in a primary school environment? The vibrant school in Ward End is seeking a passionate SENCO to join their team starting in September 2024. As a SENCO, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities to reach their full potential.

Working three days a week for a minimum of two terms, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.  Having experience with EHCP’s and SSPP’s will be required for this role. You must also be able to support staff with strategies and sign posting.

Pay for this role will range from £162 to £263 dependent on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
