Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time teaching assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in the Kings Heath area. As a TA, you will provide essential support to the classroom teacher, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils. This position requires strong communication skills, a patient and nurturing attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with all teaching staff.

Responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, supporting pupils with their learning needs, and helping to maintain a safe and organised learning space. The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to the success of every child in their care. This position will be working mornings only, 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) from September and will be working within a KS1 year group. Only applicants who are NVQ level 3 qualified (or above) in a relevant childcare qualification will be considered.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
