• Working Pattern: 3 days per week
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Contract: Ongoing
• Role: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEND – Year 4)

🎓 About the Role

This position involves providing individualised support to a Year 4 child with special educational needs. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to help the pupil access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in the classroom.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering 1:1 tailored support throughout the school day
• Assisting with learning activities and adapting resources
• Supporting emotional regulation and social development
• Helping maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure consistent progress

• Previous experience working with children with SEND (essential)
