We are seeking a qualified teacher to join a special educational needs school located in Lichfield. This part-time position, starting in February 2025, offers the opportunity to work 3 days a week, with further flexibility to be discussed during the interview.

As a teacher at this school, you will play a crucial role in adapting teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student. We are looking for a caring and committed professional with experience in working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The ideal candidate will have high expectations for all students and a genuine passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning community.

In this role, you will collaborate with experienced educators to plan and prepare lessons, provide individualized support to students, and monitor their progress while offering valuable feedback.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
