Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Teaching Assistant to support the learning journey of young minds at a highly sought-after school in Redditch. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in providing individualised support to children, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teachers to facilitate engaging learning activities, offering tailored support to children with diverse needs, and contributing to the overall development of pupils. Your passion for education, excellent communication skills, and NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher in childcare will be invaluable assets in this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
