Job Opportunity: Part-Time Year 4 Teacher!

School: Located in the vibrant community of Castle Vale, the school is committed to providing an inspiring and supportive learning environment for all our students. Position: Part-Time Year 4 Teacher – 0.8 days

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and development.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for all students.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably in Year 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.

Pay will be starting from £150, depending on references and experience

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
