Zest Education, in partnership with a delightful school in West Bromwich, is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis. As a Year 4 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young learners in a supportive and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. The school are looking for the successful candidate who has had prior experience working in key stage 2, year 4 would be a advantage with strong curriculum knowledge for key stage 2. The ideal candidate should be passionate and dedicated to providing students with the best possible education whilst staying in line with the schools ethos and visions.

As a Year 4 teacher, your role responsibilities are crucial in shaping young minds and fostering their academic growth. The responsibilities of a Year 4 teacher include:
– Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students in the classroom.
– Provide individualised support to students who may require additional help in certain subjects or areas.
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves and participate actively in learning activities.
– Implement innovative teaching strategies and tools to make learning interactive and enjoyable for students.
– Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to enhance your teaching methods and improve student outcomes.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
