Zest Education is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 5 Teacher for a part-time role covering PPA time in Tamworth. This exciting opportunity is set to commence in April 2024 and will extend until the end of the academic year.

In this role, you will have the advantage of having all the work pre-planned for you, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality lessons and supporting the students in their learning journey. To be considered for this position, you must possess a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a passion for education.

The successful candidate will be required to commit to every Thursday and Friday, ensuring consistent and effective teaching and learning experiences for the Year 5 students. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ academic and personal development.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons to Year 5 students during PPA cover periods.
– Use your expertise and creativity to ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
– Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to maintain a cohesive learning experience.
– Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
– Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication.

Requirements:
– Valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Prior experience in teaching Year 5 students or similar age group.
– Excellent organisation and time management skills to effectively deliver pre-planned lessons.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Dedication and commitment to consistently deliver high-quality education.
