Zest are seeking a dynamic PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) teacher to join our team at a primary school in Hodge Hill starting in January 2025.
As a PPA teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing cover and support across various classes, ensuring that the curriculum continues to be delivered effectively in the absence of class teachers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of primary education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
Key responsibilities include delivering pre-prepared lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to promoting a love for learning amongst young children.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
